About the Client

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our client in Echuca. As one of Australia's leading manufacturers of steel reinforced concrete pipes, culverts, and a wide range of quality engineered precast concrete and environmental products, we take pride in delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections, tests, and audits on raw materials, work in progress, and finished products

  • Identify any deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions

  • Work closely with the leading hand and supervisors to establish and maintain effective quality control procedures

  • Monitor and document quality-related data, generating reports for management review

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency

  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quality assurance

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards

  • Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement
